Quality policy & quality targets

We place our commitment at our customers' service. That's what makes us a competent partner. We feel responsible for the quality, reliability, and safety of our products. In cooperation with the process owners, our Management Board specifies a binding quality policy, quality targets, and the management system to implement them.

Our management system and our employees enable us to fulfill our customers' exacting requirements with regard to "zero defects" and continuous improvement of our products and processes. The management system consists of process descriptions (processes), development standards (BDS), and production standards (BPS), which are centrally accessible to all employees.

Management Board, executives, and employees agree to annual quality targets jointly. A constant review of current quality levels and a continuous improvement process (CIP) by the responsible employees ensure that we achieve our targets.
