A qualification matrix serves as the basis for planning individual training for all employees with a view to ensuring sufficient qualification and optimal flexibility. All production facilities are subject to constant monitoring and maintenance in accordance with maintenance plans.

Monthly evaluations of the proportion of faulty products, reworking, and waste, for instance, as shown in quality cockpit charts, indicate for all product lines whether further product and process improvements are necessary. The constant improvement of our processes is a fundamental component of our quality policy and quality targets.
