Qualification of manufacturing processes
Planning and development of product manufacturing processes are undertaken parallel to product development (simultaneous engineering).
Systematic implementation of all tasks specified in project management and targeted use of quality methods enable us to provide timely, stable production processes before start of series production.
Examples of applied quality methods are:
- Risk analysis
- Process FMEA
- Production series and start of production approval
- Initial sample testing
The results of process development work are documented in specifications, such as work and testing plans and work instructions.
