Internal quality audits

Internal quality audits are undertaken in all areas of the Company in accordance with an audit program agreed with the Management Board.

Internal quality audits serve to monitor systematically and continuously whether the activities and results specified in the management system:

• Are actually in use
• Are suitable for achieving our objectives
• Require possible improvements

The internal quality audits are carried out by trained and qualified employees. The results and corrective measures required are documented in the audit report and the implementation and efficiency of the measures specified are checked regularly.
