MAHLE Behr Industry Motorcycle Components GmbH develops innovative, high-quality components for the international motorcycle industry.

Using the brand name SAXESS, MAHLE Behr Industry Motorcycle Components GmbH located in the Vogtland region of Germany, develops, manufactures, and markets rims, spoked, and light alloy wheels, as well as high-quality steel, plastic, and aluminum parts and components for the international motorcycle industry.

Many motorcycle manufacturers use our components as original equipment, but they are also distributed as spare parts for the aftermarket.

Our partners in the motorcycle industry use our products both for supermoto and road two-wheelers, as well as in the motocross and enduro segments. For motocross and enduro applications, in particular, MAHLE Behr supplies highly durable 7000-series aluminum rims that are specially developed to provide hardness, strength, surface quality, and corrosion resistance.

Due to our automated production process, our rims are particularly true to size and exhibit true running. Processing on highly automated production lines makes our products highly resilient in racing applications.

As a motorcycle industry partner, we are involved in the development of innovative technologies that are geared toward safety, riding pleasure, and environmental compatibility.
