Aluminium round-tube heat exchangers
We design and manufacture air-to-liquid heat exchangers using aluminium tubes. Jointly with our customers we develop specific solutions for various uses. Our heat exchangers are application-oriented and highly effective:

• as compact air conditioning units in buses, trains and agricultural machinery
• for automotive uses such as servo oil coolers, transmission oil coolers, condensers
• for off-highway uses such as transmission oil and fuel coolers
• for industrial use as vaporizers, condensers and coolers for heat pumps, dehumidifiers, control cabinets and recooling units
  
  
  

High-performance tube bundle heat exchangers
Our tube bundle heat exchangers feature a high transfer rate, a compression-proof design, ease of assembly, temperature resistance up to 130°C and a maximum operating pressure of 25 bar. They are used to cool hydraulic oil and lubricants, water, flame resistant liquids and oil and water emulsions. Fresh water, seawater or brackish water can be used as a coolant. The two media are not mixed in this heat exchange. Technically speaking, a tube bundle heat exchange is a metal cylinder through which several hundred smaller-diameter pipes run. The first medium runs through the metal cylinder and the second medium runs through the tubes. Due to their simple cylindrical shape these heat exchangers are easy to install in engines, transmissions, bakes or machine housings.
