Thermal power lost by an electronic component is dissipated via a liquid or an evaporating cooling medium.
Power electronics applications are increasingly taking over our everyday lives. Whether in vehicles, plants, or machinery, electronic components are to be found everywhere. The efficiency of power electronics is generally dependent on the respective electronic cooling. MAHLE Behr Industry has been active in this area for many years and develops high-quality coolant- or refrigerant-cooled cooling plates and boxes for cooling semiconductors and air-to-air heat exchangers for electronic cabinet cooling.
